In 2005, I took these photos of the Christmas lighting displays in Johnson City, Texas. They look hallucinatory to me.
I chose the hard-hitting title, "Christmas…on Meth," because while the holidays are beautiful in certain respects, for many they are sad times. For those who are addicted, and for their families, how much sadder still.
